At Gupira, we aim to deliver both quality products and peace of mind. If your order doesn’t live up to expectations, we’ve created a hassle-free return and refund process to make things right.

Returned items must be in new condition, with original tags and packaging intact. Unfortunately, custom-made or intimate items are excluded from return due to health and hygiene policies.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt. After this period, we cannot guarantee eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Please contact our customer support to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending back any products. This ensures your return is processed efficiently. Packages without an RA number may be refused.

Once we inspect the returned item and verify its condition, we’ll notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take a few business days to process. Restocking fees, shipping costs, and applicable taxes may be deducted from the refund total.

In the event your refund is delayed, please consult your bank or credit card provider. If needed, our customer support team will assist you in resolving the issue.

Items bought on sale can still be returned, but only for the price paid at checkout.
